Troubleshooting Onity e-learning Module

After presenting the Troubleshooting Onity ILT course during the Fall 2017 training for student desk attendants, I knew that I wanted to create an e-learning course. When I was enrolled in EDUC 682, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to do so. One reason was that Professor Berthau requested that our project contained branching scenarios. In the ILT course, I utilized Gagne's Nine Levels of instruction. Events 5, 6, and 7, I used case studies. I thought that the case studies were a great way to utilize branching scenarios. In addition, branching scenarios can be a great knowledge check for learners but also provide immediate feedback, utilizing adaptive learning principles. In order to keep learners engaged, I also added different learning interaction widgets and drag and drop features to the module.
