Bike Workshop Facilitator Guide

In addition to creating training solutions for ERP software implementation, I also had the opportunity to create training for government contractors, pertaining to trades skills. For trades-related projects, most trainings include a hands-on practical after the instructor-led training. During the hands-on practical, learners observe the instructor demonstrate a skill and then practice it themselves. The session concludes with a practical skills assessment, where the instructor evaluates the learners' proficiency in performing the skill.

For this project, I created a facilitator guide similar to a facilitator guide I would create for a hands-on practical. In this scenario, I created a fictional facilitator guide for a bike owner who provides bike maintenance workshops to new cyclists. In this example, there isn't a skills assessment as there are no certification or compliance requirements as you would normally see for hands-on practical training solutions.
